Mr PE Sports Education was and is an integral part of helping our school carry out a plan I devised, to work on three areas for development. His knowledge of the curriculum, government expectations and School Games requirements meant that he was clear on what we wanted in order to help us to achieve our goals. Every Monday afternoon, he works with our playground leaders to develop and run intra-school festivals and then supports the media group in their reporting of the event. Since October, the children’s confidence has grown enormously and are now coaching other Year groups as they take part in the competitions. I am very grateful for all of his hard work in developing the skills of our young leaders and raising the profile of PE across the school.
